It is time to know YOU.

Where to even begin. I started working with Bridget in February 2023, and whilst it feels like I have known her my whole life in the short space of 9 months she has completely worked with me to CHANGE MY LIFE. I have had her guide me in every aspect – spanning from my relationship with food, to my connections with my husband, children, and family, addressing trauma, fostering mindfulness, nurturing my spiritual side, and everything in between. For me, it all started after following Bridget’s journey on Social Media, I connected with her on a whim that she would be able to mentor me with nutrition and guiding me past some of my ‘party girl antics’, and my gosh it grew from there! I get teary writing this to think she has been a huge support system in one of the biggest years of my life and I cannot imagine navigating all areas of my life without her support, guidance, love and friendship. To the real life earth angel, B - thank you for shining a light back on my authentic self. *

Frazzled and burnt out was my narrative for so many years.

Little did I know I was a projector living totally out of alignment, seeking self worth in productivity.
